Financial Policy and Payment Options

Your pet’s health is our primary concern and we want to provide your pet with the best possible care. In order to do this, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Estimates will be provided prior to services at your request so that you may choose the best payment option that works for you. The Animal Hospital of Waynesboro is not a financial institution, and we do not extend credit. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, CareCredit, personal checks and cash.

CareCredit offers interest-free 6-month loans for amounts equal to or greater than $200. Purchases smaller than $200 may be charged to your CareCredit card, however, different interest and payment terms apply. Contact CareCredit for more details. You may apply for CareCredit over the phone or online. You will receive immediate information about your acceptance and credit limit. Brochures are available at our office for your review.
